LinkedIn’s Subscription Agreement took a new effective date of August 17, 2026. The revision bars customers from inputting data that violates third-party rights, promotes discrimination or harm, or breaks the law.
The same revision removed the customer’s obligation to tell its users when their access has ended. The agreement also says LinkedIn does not sell personal data to customers under the CCPA.
