In September and October 2026, Global Relay added Section 2.14 to its Master Terms of Service, covering AI Services and incorporating separate AI Terms, and replaced its AI Products Disclaimer with AI Service Specific Terms. In July it updated its Transcription terms and Google connector terms.
Its AI Studio Services terms describe using approved customer data to build and train models for purposes agreed in the applicable order form.
