RightCapital added AI terms across its documents this summer.
Between June and August 2026, RightCapital updated its Terms & Conditions, End User Terms, Privacy Policy and Disclosure Policy to cover its AI features, including the Iris planning agent.
The Privacy Policy now says information entered into AI features may be sent to third-party AI model vendors. It also says neither RightCapital nor those vendors will use personal information or input data to train general-purpose AI models without consent.
The updated terms also require each account to belong to one named person and prohibit shared, bot and automated accounts.
