In September 2026, its Security Overview dropped a reference to PCI DSS. The certifications section previously listed SOC 2 Type II and PCI DSS, and now names SOC 2 Type II only.

When did FutureVault last change its documents?
On September 30, 2026, we detected that FutureVault’s Security Overview no longer mentions PCI DSS and names SOC 2 Type II only. We haven’t found a notable change to its terms since April 2026.
Does FutureVault have separate terms for AI features?
Yes. FutureVault publishes AI Terms of Service covering its generative AI features, which Legal Sentinel monitors alongside its Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
